Transactions
Access your affiliated merchant's transaction overview and manage all transactions processed from their account.
Transaction overview
Check all transactions processed from your affiliate's account. You can filter transaction:
- Keyword: Search by transaction or order ID, website, payment method, etc.
- Date: Select an option from the dropdown or enter a specific date range.
- Payment method: Filter the transactions by used payment method.
- Transaction filters: Filter transaction by including or excluding the type of transaction.
- Order status: Filter transactions by order status.
- Transaction status: Filter transactions by transaction status.
- Website: Select the website or POS device from which the transactions where processed.
Click on any transaction to check the transaction's details
Transaction summary
You can access individual transactions from the transaction overview list to see specific details. From the transaction summary page, you can see:
- Transaction details: Displays the core details of the transaction, including the TID, payment method, order and transaction status, the date of creation, and the total amount of the transaction plus fees.
- Order summary: Here you will find the order ID, order description, and site.
- Customer details: Shows the customers details, such as name, address, email address, etc.
- Transaction history: Shows the status history of the transaction.
- Related transaction: Shows any related transactions, such as refunds.
- Notification history: If you have a webhook set up
Uncleared transactions
Uncleared transactions are credit card payments that have been selected by MultiSafepay's automated fraud filter. These transactions are placed "on hold" and have to be evaluated and subsequently accepted or declined. For more information, see uncleared card payments.
Under this section you will find any uncleared transactions for your account. These are organized by the following parameters:
- Date, which you can click to filter
- Order ID of the original transaction
- Website from where the payment was processed
- The description given to the transaction
- The customers name
- The amount of the transaction
- The payment method that was used
- The status of the transaction, which will show
uncleared.
Uncleared transaction summary
The transaction summary shows similar fields as in your regular transaction overview.
To accept or decline an uncleared transaction:
- Go to Order summary and click Change order status.
- Click on Change status to and select completed to accept or **cancelled to decline the transaction.
- Add a description under the Memo and click Ok to complete the procedure.
