Getting started guide
This page provides an overview of how to get started with MultiSafepay as your smart payment services provider.

1. Create a test account
A free test account allows you to build your integration, explore features, and simulate transactions in a safe environment. We recommend testing your setup before switching to our live environment.
Simply fill out a signup form, and then sign in to your test dashboard using the security code we email you.
After you've signed up, access your test dashboard using the security code we email you.

2. Set up your account
To set up your account, you need to add at least one website and activate the payment methods you want to test.
How to create a website
- Sign in to your MultiSafepay dashboard .
- Go to Websites.
- Click Add new website.
- From the Category list, select what type of products or services your website sells.
- From the Subcategory list, select the specific products or services based on the chosen category.
- In the Description field, enter the website name. This is displayed on MultiSafepay payment pages and the customer’s bank statement.
- In the Base URL field, add the website’s URL. This must be the URL where you receive payments.
- If you want to receive status updates via webhook, in the Webhook URL field, enter a URL for us to send them to.
- Click Save. You will be redirected to the panel of your new website, where you can manage different functionalities. Here, you will also find the Website ID, API key, and Security code.
- Optionally, provider your Customer support phone and Customer support email.

How to activate payment methods
- Sign in to your MultiSafepay dashboard .
- To activate the payment method for:
- All websites, go to Settings > Payment methods.
- A specific website, go to Websites, and then click the relevant website. This overwrites your global selection. Only the payment methods selected for the website will then be available.
- Select the checkbox for the payment method, and then click Save changes.
