Prerequisites

You will need a MultiSafepay account.

Installation and configuration

No installation is required to use the MultiSafepay plugin for LogiCommerce. It is available directly under Settings > Plugins

⚠️Note: You need to create at least one MultiSafepay plugin account. Once created, enter your MultiSafepay account identifier.

To configure your plugin:

1. Sign in to your LogiCommerce backend.
2. Go to Settings > Plugins and locate the MultiSafepay plugin.

To configure your checkout:

1. Go to Settings > Payment Systems.
2. To display the available payment methods at checkout, you must create a new payment system in LogiCommerce.
3. Click New payment system and follow the steps to create a payment system linked to the MultiSafepay plugin. During this process, you’ll be asked to provide:
   • Connection parameters for the MultiSafepay API
   • The execution environment (sandbox or production)
4. Once created, edit the payment system to select the specific MultiSafepay payment method. This payment method will then be associated to the payment system in LogiCommerce.

Accounts

LogiCommerce’s plugin system allows you to create multiple plugin accounts. This is useful if you want to use several MultiSafepay accounts within the same ecommerce store.

Checkouts

The plugin supports both the standard checkout and the one-step checkout in LogiCommerce.

Filters

You can filter payment methods by:

• Users and user groups

• Countries and zones

• Currencies

Currencies

• The default currency is the user's browsing currency.

• You can configure currency conversion with two options:

• Use the billing currency

• Set a specific currency

In both cases, you can define a list of allowed currencies. These will not be converted. For all other browsing currencies, conversion will be applied.

Payment Methods

For each payment method you want to use, you must create a LogiCommerce payment system of type MultiSafepay, and link it to the specific method.

At checkout, a list of all configured payment systems will be shown.

If you prefer to redirect users to the MultiSafepay payment page to select their preferred payment method, you can configure the payment system to handle the redirect flow.

Recurring Payments

Recurring payments are supported.

To enable this feature:

1. Go to Settings > Payment Systems.

2. Edit the MultiSafepay payment system.

3. Enable the "tokenizable" option and click Save.

Refunds

Full and partial refunds are supported via your MultiSafepay dashboard and backend.

You cannot refund more than the original transaction amount.

Updates

No manual updates are needed for the MultiSafepay plugin. LogiCommerce handles updates automatically, ensuring that the plugin is always up to date.
