This manual helps merchants to process MultiSafepay payments as quickly as possible from a OpenCart webshop. For some steps in this manual, assistance from your technical partner may be required.
We recommend you to install the plugin first on a test environment, and make sure you have made a backup.
We advise you to install the plugin through the recommended ways of the specific webshop system.

Yes, you can process full refunds from the backend.
In the OpenCart backend navigate to Orders -> Click on the Order View Button -> Order History Panel. In there you will found a button that allows process a full refund of the order.
You can also refund from your MultiSafepay Control
Note: If the order status is not Completed or Shipped, you won’t see the refund button.
It is possible to generate a payment link when an order has been created at the backend in OpenCart.
The customer will receive the payment link in the email send by OpenCart with the order details. Also the payment link will be added to the order history details.

We will be describing the necessary steps to update a plugin using the extension installer tool in the backend.
Before starting this process make sure you are updating from plugin version equals or higher than 2.2.0
Adding a payment fee or Surcharge is no longer supported within the settings of the MultiSafepay plugin for OpenCart.
However, a patch can be requested. This will allow you to still add a payment fee or surcharge within the desired payment method.
Please keep in mind that the Payment Services Directive 2, also called PSD2, is now in place and may have implications on your webshop. PSD2 was first released in 2015 by the European Commission. This directive compelled the Member State to effectively intervene and regulate the payment service industry.
