Challenge chargebacks

MultiSafepay can challenge chargebacks on your behalf. To do so, we need documented proof of the order.

Use this request to upload relevant files.

How to test

  1. Under Authentication > Query, enter a website API key from your TEST account.
  2. Under Path params, enter the order ID of the order you want to challenge a chargeback for.
  3. Under Body params, fill in the required parameters.
  4. Click Try it!

❗️ Never use a live API key!

Max length: 50 characters.

Defaults to chargeback

The case type. The value is always chargeback.

The base64 encoded file. The original file type must be PDF, JPG, or PNG.
