This release is currently available only to our early access users. To receive new releases before general availability, follow the steps under Testing before general release below.

✨ Improvements

Updated our integration steps for App-to-app to provide clearer guidance on callback handling. For more information, see MultiSafepay POS Android integration - SoftPOS callback.
Added low battery warnings to help prevent payments and onboarding steps from starting when the terminal battery level is insufficient.

🔧 Fixes

Resolved an exception that could cause App-to-app native applications to unexpectedly close during payment processing.
Addressed an issue where App-to-app and Web-to-App transactions could fail if the MultiSafepay Payment app was closed or inactive.
Corrected QR code processing to ensure payment information is captured correctly and payments can be initiated successfully.

Testing before general release

You can test the latest app version on a single device, before the general update rolls out to your entire fleet.

Email [email protected] to request early access for a specific device before the General Release. The Pre-release version is available a few days before the General Release.

We recommend updating your app to access the latest improvements and enhanced performance.

Open the App Store on your terminal.
Update the MultiSafepay Pay App to the latest version.
