Testing before general release

You can test the latest MultiSafepay Pay App version on a single terminal, before the general update rolls out to your entire fleet.

You have two options:

  1. Early Access: Email [email protected] to request early access for a specific terminal before the General Release. The Pre-release version is available a few days before the General Release.
  2. Manual Update: Disable "Auto-update" in the Sunmi Partner Portal, then manually update your test terminal via the Sunmi App Store once the General Release is available. After testing, manually update the rest of your fleet.

We recommend Option 1 as it ensures your fleet stays up-to-date with minimal manual effort. Option 2 requires additional steps to manage the update process.

We recommend updating your app to access the latest improvements and enhanced performance.

  1. Open the App Store on your terminal.
  2. Update the MultiSafepay Pay App to the latest version.
