This new app leverages a single, powerful gateway for a faster, safer connection between your Shopify store and MultiSafepay.
New merchants will need a MultiSafepay account. See Getting started.

To install or migrate, follow these steps:
This technical manual is for installing and configuring the deprecated version of our app for integrating MultiSafepay payment solutions into your Shopify webshop.
We recommend first installing the app in a test environment following the recommended Shopify installation procedure. Make sure you have made a backup.
New merchants will need a MultiSafepay account. See Getting started.

To install payment methods, use the relevant links. For each, click the Install button on the bottom right:
Sign in to your Shopify backend.
Go to Settings > Payment providers > Alternative payments.
Search for and click on the payment methods you have installed.
Enter your site ID and secure code.
Activate the payment method.
Note: To bundle all payment methods under a single MultiSafepay payment gateway at checkout, under Alternative payments, activate the MultiSafepay payment method.
Refund rules
To match orders in your accounting system with your MultiSafepay account, use the MultiSafepay order ID and the Shopify payment ID.
MultiSafepay’s Second Chance feature is not supported because Shopify offers a similar native service.
