If a refund of a gift card payment has been requested, you could do so through your own banking environment.
A transaction fully paid with a gift card as payment method can not be reimbursed through MultiSafepay, due to missing bank account details of the customer.
If an order is partially paid by gift card of which the remaining amount has been paid for example with iDEAL, The full amount of the transaction can be reimbursed to the customer.
The amount deducted from a gift card to pay an order is not processed or received by MultiSafepay, only the information of a successful payment status that we receive from the gift card is forwarded.
The payout is entirely provided by the issuer of the gift card.
