Easily integrate MultiSafepay payment solutions into your Shopify webshop with the free app.

Manual

Introduction

This manual helps merchants to process MultiSafepay payments as quickly as possible from a Shopify webshop. If you need any technical help, please contact us.

To use the plugin you need a MultiSafepay account. You can create a test account on https://testmerchant.multisafepay.com/signup
If you would like to set up a live account, please contact the MultiSafepay sales department:

1. Installation & Configuration

  1. Use the following links to activate the individual payment methods and click on the install button on the bottom right.

  2. Now log into your backend and navigate to Settings > Payment providers > Alternative payments

  3. Find and click on the payment method you have just added.

  4. Fill in your Site ID and Site Secure Code. Information on where to find your Site ID, Site code can be found on our API key page

  5. Now you can activate the payment method.

Note

It is also possible to bundle all individual payment methods under a single ‘MultiSafepay’ payment gateway during checkout. For this you can just activate the MultiSafepay payment method, which can be found under the Alternative payments.

Can I refund orders?

Yes, you can directly from your backend.
You can also refund from your MultiSafepay Control
