Default is used if no specific rule-set for a language is found.
Are you missing any payment methods? Make sure that the payment methods are first enabled in the MultiSafepay Control and then go to the settings page of our Lightspeed app and enable the respective payment method there again. If you are using the old core Lightspeed MultiSafepay payment integration:
Complete the steps mentioned in the manual to install the Lightspeed app
Make sure that the new integration works as intended by placing a test order
Open the old MultiSafepay payment gateway settings and disable the payment provider
If at any point you would like to switch back to the old integration, you can uninstall the app from the app store and re-enable the old integration.
Within Lightspeed, MultiSafepay’s Second Chance tool cannot be used, as Lightspeed orders expire after 12 hours. However, similar to Second Chance, Lightspeed offers a functionality that allows you to configure payment reminders for orders which are still Pending.
The functionality allows you to enable and configure payment reminders as well as creating payment reminder emails. For more information regarding this option, step-by-step instructions are given on the official website of Lightspeed
In early 2021, we have changed the login method for the MultiSafepay Payment app for Lightspeed eCom. The old login method was password-based, while the new method uses the single sign-on provided by Lightspeed. This means you can directly log in via the Lightspeed eCom store to our settings page of the app.
To log in using the new method you have to use our app store page. Login to the /admin section of your Lightspeed store.
Go to apps in de side bar
Click on “Purchased apps” / “aangeschafte apps”
Click on the name of our app, MultiSafepay Payments.
This should open the app store page, Alternatively paste “/admin/store/apps/1517” after the base url of your store. This should bring you to the store page immediately.
On the store page click on “Go to app” / “Ga naar app” and you will be able to access your settings page.
While a login button is present, this one does not work.
