MultiSafepay app for CCV Shop

Easily integrate MultiSafepay payment solutions into your CCV Shop with this free app. This app is managed by our partner CCV Shop. For support, please contact CCV Shop directly.



This manual helps merchants to process MultiSafepay payments as quickly as possible from a CCV webshop. If you need any technical help, please contact us.

To use the plugin you need a MultiSafepay account. You can create a test account on
If you would like to set up a live account, please contact the MultiSafepay sales department:

1. Installation & Configuration

  1. Login into your backend and install the MultiSafepay app in the App Store
  2. Go to Mijn Webshop->Instellingen->Bestelproces & Voorraad->Betaalmethoden
  3. Scroll down to the tab Electronische betalingen and select MultiSafepay
  4. Fill in your Merchant Account, Merchant Site ID & Merchant Site Secure Code.

    Information on where to find your Account ID, Site ID, Site code or API key can be found on our API key page.

    Your Account ID is shown in the dashboard of your MultiSafepay Control in the top right corner.
  5. Select Test mode when you used a test Merchant Account
  6. Click on Synchroniseer betaalmethodes met MultiSafepay
  7. Save the page.

Can I refund orders?

Unfortunately it is not possible to process a refund from within you CCV webshop.

You can however, process a refund from within your MultiSafepay Control
