This manual helps merchants to process MultiSafepay payments as quickly as possible from a Shopware 6 webshop. For some steps in this manual, assistance from your technical partner may be required.
We recommend you to install the plugin first on a test environment, and make sure you have made a backup.
We advise you to install the plugin through the recommended ways of the specific webshop system.

To use the plugin you need a MultiSafepay account. You can create a test account on https://testmerchant.multisafepay.com/signup

The other fields can be filled accordingly to your own preferences.
Run the following command in the root of your Shopware root directory. Make sure the composer is installed on your hosting server.
composer require multisafepay/shopware6
Get the free MultiSafepay plugin from the Shopware 6 marketplace and connect your webshop with your Shopware account.

The MultiSafepay plugin for Shopware 6 offers generic gateways.
You can use this gateway, for example, for branded gateways. In the MultiSafepay settings page in the Shopware backend, you can fill in the gateway code that MultiSafepay provides.
Tokenization can be enabled in the plugin settings, but needs some changes in your MultiSafepay account.

We offer full and partial refunds within the backend of Shopware 6.
A refund can be created in the newly created field named refund in the order details of your backend. There you can fill in the amount you want to refund.
We offer refunds for all payment methods supported in our Shopware 6 plugin except for: * AfterPay; * Pay After Delivery; * Klarna; * E-invoicing;
Generally, there are three ways to update a plugin. This can be done through the backend, through the marketplace of the CMS or through SFTP. However, we will be describing the necessary steps via the backend of Shopware 6.
