How can I view uncleared transactions?

In your MultiSafepay Control it is possible to view all uncleared transactions which have not yet been paid out to your accounts. Please follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to your Account Balances on your Dashboard
  2. Click on any Uncleared transaction
  3. View all Financial Uncleared transactions
